Method:Brown chicken and garlic lightly in oil. Add mushrooms, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add apple juice, cook until almost entirely absorbed. Add soya sauce and sea salt. Cover and cook gently until chicken is tender, about 20-30 minutes.
Ingredients:1 frying chicken, cut into serving size bits; 220g mushroom caps; 2 cloves garlic, mashed; 3 tablespoon vegetable oil; 2 tablespoon apple juice; 2 tablespoon soya sauce; 1 teaspoon sea salt.
