Oil-Free Vinaigrette Dressing

Method: Place all the ingredients in container, seal, then shake well. Taste and add more salt or sugar as desired.

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar or cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon french mustard, chopped herbs: thyme, marjoram, basil or parsley.
