Method: Mix the cottage cheese, prawns and cucumber together, season with pepper to taste. Lay the mixture on a bed of shredded lettuce or watercress and decorate with asparagus.   Salad Ingredients: (Serves 2) Low fat cottage cheese 100g, Peeled prawns 150g, Chopped and diced cucumber 4tbs, Freshly ground black pepper, Lettuce or watercress , Canned asparagus 200g
